Me ha sorprendido mucho es genial para dormir
Me lo he comprado porque viene el verano y es muy difícil dormir con el calor, pensé que hacer cuando tienes calor y no puedes dormir, cuando hace mucho calor, al organismo le cuesta más trabajo bajar la temperatura corporal. El resultado es que es más difícil conciliar el sueño y que aún lográndolo, nos despertamos varias veces a lo largo de la noche, pensé que estas infusiones podían ser útiles para las noches de verano donde se duerme bastante mal.
