RefectoCil 2 Blue black dye for eyelashes and eyebrows, helps us achieve a natural effect but with a feeling of more length and volume. Matte eyelashes and eyebrows regain their shine and those that are light or gray in color are seen with more intensity and definition. The effect lasts 6 weeks.

Application mode:

We will mix in equal parts with the 10 volume oxidant (not included with the purchase of this dye). The oxidant is recommended for eyelashes and eyebrows 10 vol. (3%).

Leave on for 20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with water.
